Promotions: Terms and Conditions

Promotion Overview:

1.1. The promotion begins on 26th January and ends on the 31st of March 2024.

Prize:

2.1. Nova Vista PCP 1000 Wood Air Rifle, .22 Caliber, valued at R3,200.

2.2. In addition, 1x Air Tank refill at Pellet-Guns.com headquarters, and 1x Velocity Vector Air Gun Pellets 16gr (5.5mm).

How to Participate:

3.1. Entrants to obtain their unique link from Pellet-Guns.com group admins.

3.2. Entrants must use their unique referral link provided to them upon entry.

3.3. Entrants should share the unique link with friends and family to encourage them to subscribe to our Telegram group.

3.4. The entrant who successfully brings the most new subscribers to our Telegram group will be declared the winner.

Rules and Eligibility:

4.1. The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

4.2. Participants must use their valid email addresses to enter the promotion.

4.3. In case of a tie, the participant who reaches the highest number of new subscribers first will be declared the winner or a lucky draw will be done, whichever is most applicable.

4.4. The promotion is subject to a minimum subscriber target of 2000+ in total. If this target is not achieved by the end of the promotion period, the entire promotion may be forfeited unless otherwise stated.

Winner Selection:

5.1. Winner announced on official Pellet-Guns.com channels in April of 2024.

5.2. The decision of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize Redemption:

6.1. The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided during entry.

6.2. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.

6.3. Failure to respond within the specified period may result in disqualification, and another winner may be selected.

General Terms:

7.1. By participating, entrants confirm reading, understanding, and agreeing to these terms and conditions. Also, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7.2. The promoter (Pellet-Guns.com) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.3. The promoter (Pellet-Guns.com) is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may affect the entry process or winner selection. This includes anything not in our control.

7.4. Personal information collected during the promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.

7.5. However, upon entry, whether during and/or after the promotion, participants give consent that their personal information may be shared into our newsletter and other apps, and across our companies for future marketing materials.

7.6. Employees and immediate family ineligible.

7.7. Disputes subject to South African laws; exclusive jurisdiction of Gauteng courts.
