FX Impact Power Slug Kit

Slugs need a different air recipe than pellets. They're heavier, they engage more rifling, and they want a longer, fuller push off the valve than a factory tune is set up to deliver. The FX Slug Power Kit is the factory answer — a small set of internal changes that shifts your Impact's power curve to where heavy projectiles actually want to live.

The velocity gain comes largely from two hammer weight spacers fitted in front of the return spring on the hammer weight guide. This increases preload on the hammer spring while adding mass to the hammer itself. Working alongside that is a lighter valve return spring, which lets the valve stay open slightly longer and pass more air behind heavier projectiles like slugs. More hammer energy, longer dwell, more air per shot — the three things a slug tune needs. 

The kit also includes the adjustable pin probe, and this is where accuracy comes from rather than just speed. 

The Impact kit ships with a .22 calibre pin probe plus a sleeve that slides over it to create a .25 calibre probe — both calibres covered in one purchase.

When installing on an Impact M3, the small spring and rubber ball included in the kit are not required.
