FX Pocket Chronograph D1

The chronograph that fits in your pocket just got a serious upgrade. The Pocket Chronograph D1 is the next evolution of FX's widely trusted Pocket Chronograph V2, designed for shooters who want fast, reliable velocity data wherever they shoot. 

The headline change is the built-in colour display. You can now read projectile velocities and full shot string statistics directly on the unit — no phone required, which means a quick power check between tuning adjustments takes seconds instead of unlocking a phone and waiting for a Bluetooth handshake. The display shows the current shot reading along with shot count, min, average and max, and can be set to FPS or MPS. Enter your ammo weight and it will also give you joules, foot-pounds or power factor. A Sessions menu breaks down full string statistics including extreme spread and standard deviation — everything you need to judge whether a regulator setting or hammer spring tweak actually did what you hoped. 

Because the D1 measures with Doppler radar rather than optical sensors, it works in any weather and even in complete darkness. No skyscreens to align, no overcast-day frustration, no chasing the sun angle. Set it near the muzzle and shoot. 

The all-new Quick Release Mounting System locks the unit in place with a simple ¼-turn, and the chronograph ships with a complete mounting solution: a traditional barrel mount, a Picatinny rail mount, and a 90-degree adapter. Mount it on the rifle, clamp it to a bench edge, or set it on a rail beside the muzzle — the D1 adapts to how you actually shoot. 

Pair it with the free FX Radar app and you unlock the full picture: shot string analysis, a custom rifle library, a custom ammunition library, drop charts and more. App connectivity is entirely optional thanks to the integrated display.
