This knife is designed to work! It has a unique cupped blade used for digging, prying and gouging purposes. Outcuts and outlasts them all. The double-edged design gives you a back-up when the primary edge requires re-sharpening.

In the pics I thought it was a straight blade. I was surprised to see that the blade is curved inward to look like a spade. The pictures shown don't really emphasize on that. The sheath is a hard and hollow plastic. The knife is easy to carry and the blade is of good quality.
